Summer Yoga workshop with Viviane & Isabel.
Students, whether beginners or advanced, will have the opportunity to develop a postural practice, adapted to their level.

We will also practice yoga of the eyes and approach several breathing and meditation techniques. Mantras will also be part of the adventure.

All will receive a personalized teaching by Viviane & Isabel.

Stage de Yoga d'été avec Viviane & Isabel.

Les élèves, avancés ou débutants, auront l'occasion de développer une pratique posturale adaptée à leur niveau.
Enseignement personnalisé abordant différentes techniques de respiration, méditation, yoga des yeux & mantras.

Min. 6 et max. 14 participants.

Horaires:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 18.30 - 21.00
Saturday: 9.30 - 12.30 followed by a potluck

3 soirées: mercredi, jeudi, vendredi de 18.30 à 21.00
1 matinée: samedi de 9.30 à 12.30 suivie d’une auberge espagnole
