The purpose of this committee is to check that the conditions for using the Iyengar label in Belgium and Luxembourg are respected. Any teacher claiming to teach the Iyengar ® method must be certified, in order to guarantee quality teaching. The chairman of this committee must be a member of the Board of Directors, but the other members are recruited without any particular conditions.

The role of president of the Ethics Committee (EC) of BIYAB is to manage the documents of the procedure of the Logo/Mark and to check the information to maintain the certifications up to date, in order to preserve the quality and the rigour of the method BKS IYENGAR® in Belgium and Luxembourg.
