The AnuYoga Teacher Immersion Program

Dear Members of the Iyengar Yoga Community in Belgium,

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our pilot project, Iyengar Yoga for the Medical System. This initiative, focused on integrating Iyengar Yoga into healthcare settings, has achieved remarkable results and exceeded our expectations. Throughout this pilot, we have witnessed how yoga can enhance healthcare environments and create a positive impact. A dedicated group of colleagues has come together, united by a shared vision of using Iyengar Yoga to bring meaningful benefits to the broader community. This collaboration has brought us closer to bridging the gap between yoga and modern healthcare. In addition to fostering a sense of community, the pilot has laid the groundwork for future developments. Practical steps are being taken to integrate Iyengar Yoga seamlessly into the healthcare system, supporting recovery, reducing stress, and enhancing overall care. This journey has been a profound opportunity to honor Guruji’s vision of making yoga accessible to all and integrating it into systems that deeply influence our collective health. The foundations established during this pilot are a testament to what we can achieve when we come together with purpose and dedication. We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this initiative—your support, enthusiasm, and commitment have been essential to its success. As we celebrate this milestone, we look forward to building on this momentum and exploring new opportunities to bring Iyengar Yoga into healthcare. If you are a certified teacher and still feel like joining us, you still can for the coming 6 months. From september 2025 on, we will build fixed teams, so to step in won't be possible anymore.

The workshop with Garth McLean is included in the program, but has to be paid separately.
