Asanas in the large context of Yoga! Both from Syllabus 1 & 2. Comparable to the way we speak: melodious, varied, tonal, aware of volume etc. How you practice Asanas conveys your inner condition as well as generates a certain effect on yourself & others. An accomplishing Asana practice must bare all 8 limbs of Yoga within.
