The workshop is for advanced students and teachers wishing to practice and teach the Level 2 syllabus.

It prepares you to take the Level 2 assessment. We will practice and teach asanas and pranayama 6 hours per day, for 5 days.

8.30am-9.30pm Pranayama
9.30-10.00am pause
10.00am-1.00pm asana practice
1.00-2.30pm lunch
2.00-5.30pm asana practice & teaching
