Summer is a good time to cultivate energy, openness, and confidence in practice while maintaining stability and clarity.
Join us for a Summer Iyengar Yoga Weekend focused on building strength, improving mobility, and refreshing your practice. Inspired by the teachings of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI), this intensive will emphasize precise alignment, steady work, and intelligent progression in asana and breath.

Continuing Iyengar Yoga students from their 2nd year onward
Students who want to strengthen their practice and improve alignment
Practitioners looking for a focused weekend of structured practice
Not suitable for complete beginners
🌻 What to expect
Standing poses to build strength and stability
Backbends and chest opening to increase energy and confidence
Twists and lateral poses to mobilize the spine
Forward extensions to balance effort and focus the mind
Restorative poses and breath awareness to settle and integrate the work
Precise alignment and intelligent use of props following Iyengar methodology
