27-30 August 2025. Summer Yoga: With Viviane (Senior Iyengar certified) & Isabel.

Students, whether beginners or advanced, will have the opportunity to develop a postural practice of hatha yoga, adapted to their level during 4 days in a row: an opportunity to explore what a (short) daily practice could bring you.

We will also practice yoga of the eyes and approach several breathing and meditation techniques. Mantras will also be part of the adventure.

All will receive a personalized teaching by Viviane & Isabel.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 18.30-21.00
Saturday: 9.30-12.30 followed by a Potluck
