Inversions are among the most transformative and empowering aspects of yoga practice. They build strength, courage, and inner stability while awakening a deep sense of vitality and focus.
In this workshop, we will explore the fundamental principles that support safe and confident inversions — from shoulder balance to handstand. Attention will be given to the development of strength, mobility, and alignment in the shoulders, hips, and core, providing the stability needed for a balanced and sustainable practice.
Students will learn practical techniques and progressive drills to cultivate both strength and understanding. The approach is structured yet exploratory: each participant will gain clarity on their own work points and learn how to advance with confidence and intelligence.
Suitable for:
Students with some yoga experience who wish to consolidate or deepen their inversion practice.
Students who want to have a clear road map of how to break through there current limitations for inversions and balancing on the hands beyond 10 seconds!
