The next Iyengar Yoga workshop will be taught by Viviane Gutlerner, Senior Iyengar Yoga certified.
Personalized teaching for a small group in a fully equipped studio renovated in 2023.

Students, whether advanced or beginners, will have the opportunity to develop a postural practice adapted to their level, including the fundamentals of pranayama. Other meditation practices, mudras, mantras, eye yoga, will be inserted and adapted on demand.
