The next Iyengar Yoga workshop will be provided by Senior Iyengar Yoga certified Viviane.
Personalized teaching for a small group.
Students, whether advanced or beginners, will have the opportunity to develop a postural practice adapted to their level, including the fundamentals of pranayama.
Other meditation practices, mudras, mantras, eye yoga, will be inserted and adapted on demand.
